Prize details
The prize at stake is a vacation to a Walt Disney World property or Disney cruise
with a maximum value of $3,500. Value of
vacation was estimated based on a trip for a family of four, at peak travel
time, and was quoted based on a moderate Disney resort for 5 nights, 5 day
park-hopper tickets for each family member and meal plan plus for family of
four.
The trip also includes the use of a certified Disney planner,
A Time to Treasure Travel. The planner can take care of customizing the trip to
suit your family’s needs. She can plan every aspect of your trip other than
travel to Orlando, including but not limited to, resort reservations, meal
reservations, and fast-pass scheduling. The use of this service costs you
nothing.
You may increase your trip
in any way you like; however, it will be your responsibility to pay any amount
over the $3,500.00 maximum prize value. There are no specified dates for travel
and there are no blackout dates. The only travel requirement is that the trip
is scheduled and paid for within one year from the date of drawing.
Ticket Information
Tickets are sold for
$5.00/each. There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase. You must retain your ticket stub(s) in
order to claim your prize, should you win. You must present your ticket stub to
Thomas Street Elementary PTO in order to claim the prize within 10 business
days or another winner will be drawn at random.
Drawing
The drawing will be held at 6:00pm on NOVEMBER 4, 2016 at Thomas Street Elementary (TSE) in
Tupelo, Mississippi. The drawing will be random and the winner will be
announced then. You may also check www.thomasstreetpto.blogspot.com
for the name of the winner. You DO NOT
have to be present to win. You MUST present the corresponding ticket stub and
proper identification in order to claim your prize within 10 business days or
another winner will be drawn at random. In the event you win and are not
present to claim your prize, you may contact Thomas Street Elementary (662)
841-8960 and provide your contact information. You will be contacted by TSE PTO
regarding claiming your prize.
Legalities
Prize must be used for a Walt Disney World vacation

prize ($3,500.00), you will be issued the excess in either a Disney Gift
Certificate or a Visa Gift Card in order to utilize the excess as you choose.

Public School District (TPSD) assume no responsibility or liability for risks
associated with the prize, including but not limited to planning the trip, the
