Walt Disney World Vacation Raffle!!!
Prize details
The prize at stake is a vacation to Walt Disney World with a maximum value of $3,500. Value of vacation was estimated based on a
trip for a family of four, at peak travel time, and was quoted based on a
moderate Disney resort for 5 nights, 5 day park-hopper tickets for each family
member and meal plan plus for family of four.
The trip also includes the use of A Time to Treasure Travel,
which is a certified Disney planner. The planner can take care of customizing
the trip to suit your family’s needs. She can plan every aspect of your trip,
other than travel to Orlando, including but not limited to resort reservations,
meal reservations and fast-pass scheduling. The use of this service costs you
nothing.
You may increase your trip
in any way you like however it will be your responsibility to pay any amount
over the $3,500.00 maximum prize value. There are no specified dates for travel
and there are no blackout dates. The only travel requirement is that the trip
is scheduled and paid for within one year from date of drawing.
Ticket Information
Tickets are sold for
$5.00/each. There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase. You
must retain your ticket stub(s) in order to claim your prize, should you win. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR TICKET STUB IN ORDER
TO CLAIM THE PRIZE.
Drawing
The drawing will be held at 6:00pm on OCTOBER 24, 2014 at
Thomas Street Elementary (TSE) in Tupelo, Mississippi. The drawing will be
random and the winner will be announced then. You may also check www.thomasstreetpto.blogspot.com
for the name of the winner. You DO NOT have to be present to win. You MUST
present the corresponding ticket stub and proper identification in order to
claim your prize. In the event you win and are not present to claim your prize,
you may contact Thomas Street Elementary (662) 841-8960 and provide your
contact information. You will be contacted by TSE PTO regarding claiming your
prize.
Legalities
Prize must be used for a
Disney Vacation. To the extent your vacation package does not utilize the
entire value of the prize ($3,500.00), you will be issued the excess in either
a Disney Gift Certificate or a Visa Gift Card in order to utilize the excess as
you choose. Thomas Street Elementary (TSE), Thomas Street Elementary PTO (TSE
PTO) and Tupelo Public School District (TPSD) assume no responsibility or
liability for risks associated with the prize, including but not limited to
planning the trip, the actual travel to/from Orlando or while on the trip or
with regard to the vacation in general without limitation. TSE, TSE PTO and
TPSD do not guarantee any reservations at Walt Disney World or otherwise. Buyer
assumes all risks of loss associated with trip.
